Josip Evačić is one of three generations of blacksmiths who practice this job in Koprivnica. For many years, he has been presenting this attractive skill in the framework of the Koprivnica Tourist Board, as "City Blacksmith", at fairs around Croatia and Europe in the traditional way. By its profile, he is medieval blacksmith specialized in making swords, shields, buzzards, axes, helebards, spears etc. All items are highly molded and unique. In recent years, Koprivnica forge have gained a new dimension for making a very original and distinctive product - the lucky horseshoe on which the name of the person is imprinted, and therefore the forge is also called "The Blacksmith for Happiness".
